So tonight I felt like baking.....so I hauled out one of my favorite cookbooks "The Cake Mix Doctor Baked Gluten Free" by Anne Byrn. This book is SO, SO wonderful because all of the recipes in her book call for a gf cake mix as the base, then you add ingredients to make different desserts. I prefer the Betty Crocker GF Yellow Cake Mix. The cake I made tonight was an applesauce cake with an apple cider glaze. Wonderful! I would recommend her book to anyone that is looking for easy cake recipes on a gluten free diet.
